Vesidde CCTV, operated independently by Sharath K., offers expert security camera installation, calibration, casing, structured cabling, and smartphone live feed mapping services.

All assessment inquiries and project agreements are finalized directly with the independent specialist. We are not an agency or franchise; we provide personal professional accountability.

2. Client Obligations

For smooth, clean wiring and safe camera installations, you agree to:

• Provide lawful access to the property (villas, apartments, retail shops, showrooms, or offices) during scheduled installation windows.
• Ensure access to proper power points, router proximity, and reliable internet connectivity if mobile viewing app configuration is requested.
• Secure any necessary structural approvals or clearances from local apartment blocks or commercial building administrators before drilling or casing operations begin.

3. Warranties & Hardware Policies

We provide 100% genuine equipment from reputable brands, primarily Hikvision and CP Plus:

• Hardware Warranties: All cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and hard drives carry official manufacturer warranties as specified at the time of purchase.
• Workmanship Support: Sharath K. provides 1 year of independent installation support covering cabling alignment, fitting integrity, and connection issues resulting from the original setup.
• We are not responsible for software outages of the brand apps (Hik-Connect or gCMOB) or failures caused by client-side router changes, custom password resets, physical tampering, or lightning/electrical surges.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

Assessment requests submitted through this website are subject to availability and region matching. Submission does not constitute a contract. Schedules are confirmed over a direct phone call or email follow-up. You are free to reschedule or cancel your requested session up to 24 hours prior to the planned dispatch time.

5. Limitation of Liability

Surveillance cameras are exceptional tools to deter theft, record events, and monitor property conditions. However, Vesidde CCTV does not guarantee that our setup will completely prevent any third-party illegal actions, damage, or security breaches. We are not liable for any collateral damages, system tampering, or lost footage.
