3. CCTV Feed Privacy & Credentials

Your camera feeds belong exclusively to you.

During setup and app mapping (e.g. Hik-Connect or gCMOB configurations on your smartphone), we strictly calibrate the systems in your physical presence. We:

• Never store, view, or record your camera feeds remotely once installation is complete.
• Never retain administrative passwords, NVR patterns, or security login credentials.
• Instruct you to update your default passwords immediately upon hardware configuration to ensure sole ownership of the stream feeds.

4. How We Use Your Data

The information you submit is used purely to organize and perform security setups:

• To contact you directly regarding installation quotes, property assessments, and dispatch schedules.
• To tailor hardware setups (choosing proper focal lenses, DVR brackets, and cabling distances based on your specified camera counts).
